We have lived at 15411 Lahser, Detroit, MI. for 44 yeare.
We have a major problem with our BULK PICKUP. In our area GFL & Advanced Disposal is contracted to perform this service. On the week prior to May 8, 2018 I contacted them to make sure that I put our old queen size mattress out at the right time. I was told to have it out on May 8th. I followed exactly. No one showed up so I called later that day and several times including again today, June 19th. I turned in written reports on Advanced web site and have repeatedly talked to very kind people there who have my reports in their records. I have repeatedly been told that they would send a Supervisor by who would in turn make sure that it was picked up. It is now 6:00 P.M. June 19th and that mattress is still out there. Someone with real authority needs to do something to make sure that the tax money that we are paying for this service is being used to do what it is supposed to do.
