If you actually read the bylaw, it states: "Newly laid sod and seeded lawns may be watered in any manner until the first cut only". This is an exception to the bylaw. Come on now, lets use this forum for positive change, not an opportunity to squeal on your neighbours Mr/Ms. anonymous....
