VALETS SHOULD N O T BE PARKING CARS FOR $$$ IN N.H. PARKING. It's already too tight as it is for parking spaces. THE CITY BETTER N O T RESIST WHEN RESIDENT PARKING PASSES ARE REQUESTED FOR THIS AREA. WHERE WAS THE CITY WHEN THIS PROJECT WAS BEING REVIEWED FOR APPROPRIATENESS FOR THIS AREA? WHERE WERE THE DIRECTORS OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION?
W H Y ARE POLICE OFFICERS REFUSING TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS INSIDE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD?? N O - - NOT BECAUSE THE GET THEM CORRECTED - - THEY JUST DECIDE THAT THEY ARE N O T GOING TO TAKE ACTION ON CALLS FROM AFFECTED PROPERTY O W N E R S ... BECAUSE - - 'OFFICER DISCRETION.'
