I just got back from my morning walk part of which includes walking on the sidewalk along Upper Hembree Road. With Rucker Road being closed, drivers are flying down Upper Hembree Road, much above the posted speed limit of 35 mph. I saw a Waste Management large truck that was going at least 20 mph over the speed limit. This road is becoming a speedway in the mornings.
