Description

The people that live next door to me are renters and severely neglect the property. They currently have bags of trash on their porch that has been there for months and tons of other clutter. They have cut their grass twice this entire year and wait until it is almost knee high. They then leave the cut grass clippings all over the sidewalk in front of the house. They do not cut the backyard at all. Because of this property, I have had an ongoing nuisance wildlife problem in my yard, that has cost me thousands of dollars in handling. The big issue currently is there is some kind of ivy or vines growing over my privacy fence from their yard, into my yard and growing up into the branches of my pine tree as well as over our power lines. Please do something about this and also about the overall condition of their grounds, I wish I could speak to the homeowner himself but do not know who it is, and according to the renters, it's a relative that owns the home and they have been living there forever. They rarely come out of the house, and I do not feel comfortable going over there. Thank you.
