At the beach by Harbor Watch condos there is a hazardous rusty pipe sticking out of ground at the edge of the shore. I've seen several people trip or get hurt on it over the years but this weekend I saw a saw a child get hurt on it again and Harbor Watch hasn't done anything about the safety issue it poses. Please consider moving a slab of concrete over it, or removing it somehow. Also at some point combing this beach would also be helpful given how much glass is everywhere if you're going to make rules and regulations.
