I'm sure you're talking about the work on 113? This is a Caltrans project not city of Dixon! Like the city would work nights, lol. And thats usual for Caltrans to minimize traffic delays on a STATE HIGHWAY. Be thankful they're actually fixing roads better than the city crews do.

I just wish they would've sent notices like they did for Midway and Meridian - especially to those of us a block away. The work looks really good, though!
