I conducted an inspection of the property last week and Monday of this week. The property owner has removed most of the open storage items and trash from around the property. The process is on going. Thanks

I conducted a follow up inspection at 222 Feld Avenue Monday, July 23, 20 18. The property owner has removed trash, debris and other items from the front and sides of the property.

I conducted an inspection at 222 felde Ave. today, Oct. 2, 2018.
The hot water heater has been removed. and the trash bags along the side of the house have been removed. I will conduct a follow up inspection later this month.

I spoke with the property owner regarding the window screen and the pile of trash at the corner of the property. I should be removed over the next couple of day.

A follow up to this request was conducted last week. The broken window has been repaired. The areas around the property has been cleared of trash and debris.. We will continue to monitor this request.

I met with the property owner yesterday. A certified letter was mailed today.

This issue was addressed. The mattresses have been removed from the fence. I spoke with the property owner this morning regarding the tires, trash and garbage bags along the fence. The tires will be removed and the bags will be removed on the service date.
