Running Path / Sidewalks immediate to this address do not have ADA compliant curb ramps or a boundary detectable surface. For example the red concrete with elevated indentations. I have observed pedestrians with limited eyesight navigate the running path and sidewalks of the Southbury subdivision and I have concerns for their safety as the side walks / running path don't comply with minimal requirements that are dictated under ADA standards.
