Deskripsyon

Running Path / Sidewalks immediate to this address do not have ADA compliant curb ramps or a boundary detectable surface. For example the red concrete with elevated indentations. I have observed pedestrians with limited eyesight navigate the running path and sidewalks of the Southbury subdivision and I have concerns for their safety as the side walks / running path don't comply with minimal requirements that are dictated under ADA standards.

Park District has been notified. HOA was currently taking care of the path. ADA compliance officer will be notified. We will get this situation resolved.
