It's actually on the court at the end of Alise Craig Dr. in Turnberry. It is a natural gas monitor cap which has been 'broken' that way for over 2 years. Low voltage - not a danger - but the utility should repair. This same vandalism is all over Ann Arbor. Not a City problem.
