Thank you. Am still concerned re: the covering of green life on top of the water instead of actually seeing water. What is it? This does not meet the expectations for restoration that our citizens have.

The green is most likely algae or plant life. The health department does not have jurisdiction over the restoration of the park. I suggest you leave this complaint open so we can continue to monitor to ensure it does not become a mosquito breeding area. Can you log another complaint with your concerns about restoration/ construction at the park so it can be assigned to park department? Thanks. /// GED
