This continued again last night the tenant took out the trash when the city contractor does not pick up the trash on this location. It seems that the landlord has their own contractor when they usually come by on a Monday, The landlord should inform the tenants not to take out the trash on Tuesday for the city contractor to pick up when they do not pick up the trash. Since the trash is not picked up by the city contractor it stays there until the following week for the landlord contractor to pick up. This is not safe, when you see the rats, birds and squirrels picking at the trash. I wonder if the city really acknowledges this and fines the landlord? Please look into this to avoid the rats and other rodents around the areas, plus the smell of rotten trash on a hot, humid day. Thank you.
