Upstairs tenants at this address bring metal trash into breezway and pile it high on the weekend.There is glass and oher hazards all over the place. The first floor has been condemed because of a heating and plumbing issue and was vacated by the tenant about a month ago. As the warmer weather approaches so will the vermin.
