Thank you for reporting the issue to the City of Bridgeport. The information was forwarded to he Public Facilities Department for the matter to be assessed and addressed.

Is it Public Facilities that issues parking tickets for not having a Parks sticker?
Or is it the Police department that enforces the parking?

If someone is observed in the park with a motor vehicle and does not have a park sticker, the police would issue a ticket for the violation. We can only enforce vehicles entering the park without a sticker...individual(s) parking on side streets and walk into the park is not in violation. However, if you are a vendor and will conduct business in he park you must produce a permit (Issued by the City of Bridgeport & paid for by vendor) or else you will be in violation no matter if you park inside the park or on the street. Issue is now closed.
