Transportation Department staff will review conditions and available options to help increase traffic safety and will post our results when completed.

In the past 3-years there has only been 1 rear-end crash reported at this location and none associated with the parking issue. Technically, this business only has one driveway curb cut leading to their parking, so motorists backing out onto the roadway over the sidewalk are responsible to make sure the way is clear. I will refer this issue to Codes Compliance in order that that can review this situation and determine if the property is in violation of any zoning regulations.

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews past reports that are made from citizens within our city limits, and in an effort to clean-up old issues that were resolved some time ago, we are marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
