Is anyone ever gonna do anything bout this Ladies 4 dogs that are constantly charging the fence along the side walk in front yard trying to bite people an other dogs that walk by? City ordinance is no more then 3 dogs without kennel permit there is a total of 5-6 dogs in that house 4 of the owners an the others are people that rent. Something needs to happen with this ladies dogs she even tells people to not walk dogs in front of her house because of her dogs. Someone finally do something
