Please trim the pepper tree in front of 470 Tram Place. My wife and I walk by this home on our daily walking route and we have to walk into the street. It hangs too low for us to walk under. I am 6'4" and my wife is 5'4".

12.12.040 Obstructing public ways with vegetation prohibited.
It is unlawful for any person owning or having charge of any properties in the city to allow vegetation to grow in such a manner so as to obstruct the streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters so as to interfere with the passage of pedestrians or vehicles or to impede the use of street cleaning equipment.
