There are several homes on Boulevard, between Clay and Briarcliff that are run down and the yards are overrun. There is one house at the corner of Clay and Boulevard that has a piece of plywood as their front door. That cannot be up to code! Violations need to identified and the owners need to be cited. It is an embarrassment to our city.
