HART will reach out to the City of Tampa to remove parking spaces, or the stop will be relocated west of the intersection, if not the stop will be removed due to inaccessibility and safety issues.

Extremely rude drive - route1bus 1023 heading north at 8:12 - older black man - at the 554 stop a patron eith obvious knee problems requested the bus to be lowered and he shook his head in a very derogatory fashion - he finally complied but was extremely rude - he did not to lower the bus to accommodate the patron wishing to get on - I mentioned maybe that behavior warrants a call to Hart - yhe driver again shook his head and commented, "GO AHEAD THEY NOT GONNA DO NOTHING I'M STILL HERE." - the driver is dicouteous, rude, smug, and needs sensitivity training. P.S. addition to above message maybe he is prejudice against whites, hates his job, doesn't know how to properly communicate with other humans, has not been trained to deal with the public, or maybe he was a despirate hire to fill a vacancy unknown. As I was exiting the bus told him thank you twice and he did not even bother to acknowledge my presence - what's up with this? There is no excuse for this type of disrespect especially from an employee who works with the public. Now understand it is not all employees most are really great like Herb but there those like the one mentioned above who give Hart a very bad name especially when the inappropriate behaviors are negatively impacting your credibility as a caring company that depends on the public gor its business.

Waiting again for the 1 at stop 554 going north the bus that was supposed to be there at 8:28 never showed again making miss two connecting busses route 34 again making me late for work AGAIN- the 1 that I was waiting for was supposedly infront of the 6 but the 6 got there first - I asked the driver where the bus 1 was and he said it was coming right behind him - wrong it never came - you guys do nothing to fix the problem tge 1 is tunning further and further behind schedule make prople late for wrk and appointments. You do nothing about extremely rude sarcastic racist drivers - just as I mentioned previously in another complaint that sane driver picked us up yesterday and made a comment "told you they wouldn't do @#$%" - these problems are out of control and seriously need to be addressed - if they have been thank you but your actions continue to be ignored by your employees as the patrons, yhe ones that keep you in a job are not experiencing nor seeing any difference- again it is not all drivers nor all routes that are of concern and again I thank you for that but it is those few which happen to be main routes that are a serious issue and a major concern - i have requested call vacks ,i have left my email and repeatedly get no feed back from you- if you can not get back to me because you get so many posts/submissions then there are obviously problems that need to be addressed

Again waiting for bus 1 at stop 554 - it was to have been here right with the 6 but alas the 6 showed but no bus one - checked app again and it said the bus had passed 2 min - no 1 ever showed up again making me miss 2 to 3 route 34s going west naking me along everyone else late for wrk, school, appts. And still no fixes -
