Description
There is water run off that has been going on for over a month. It has been reported to Dennis and supposedly it was to have been fixed. This water is draining down the alley, already adding to the water from recent rains.
I have reported this over 5 times, but nothing is being done. Because there is an issue with the easement, dirt and debris is going into the ditch and is not being dealt with. Please FIX THIS!

This is not a water leak. It is runoff from the LDS Church. I spoke with the Church Staff regarding the issue and have emailed them. Their claim was that it is a broken sprinkler line that was fixed ~2 weeks ago.
City Staff are at the point that a water conservation citation will likely be issued if it is not corrected.
With respect to drainage along alley and through easement, I will contact Public Works to see if they can address.

The two gentleman that came out were from Public Works - they are working on the alley.
Spoke with PW Director about issue. Drainage easement is privately held between two property owners on each side of the concrete channel. They agreed to easement a few years back.
With respect to drainage from the LDS Church pond, if it is runoff due to precipitation, that is legitimate, and nothing can be done. However, if drainage is from excess irrigation during dry weather, we will address with Church via water conservation ordinance.
