Descrição
This home is already being investigated for short term rental code violation. Since the owner knows they can't get away with this violation they have now placed the home For Sale marketing it as a vacation rental! Listing states in part "Incredible income potential, as well as this, is a great home for year-round vacation rentals". These people don't know when to stop. They changed their HomeAway listing to placate the violation, then changed it back to short term the moment the case is closed! Now they're selling it, telling potential buyers they can rent it short term. The listing agent doesn't care! The listing should clearly state rentals of 30 day minimum.

From what I can tell, they're growing in leaps and bounds, not shrinking. I'd say they've tripled in the past several years. Don't forget, they generate a huge amount of revenue for the city as well. Would you rather deal with long term rentals where properties are left to deteriorate to the point of disgracing the whole neighborhood? I wouldn't.
