Someone else recently posted this here too. Unfortunately, DeKalb County does not pay attention to SeeClickFix from what I have seen. Their website has a form for reporting some of things you'd typically post to SeeClickFix, but for this issue, it looks like you will need to use the phone numbers on this page: https://www.dekalbcountyga.gov/transportation/new-traffic-signals-and-stop-signs
