Description

Traffic light for vehicles traveling north/south on 161 access road have to wait far too long, while Macarthur (less traffic always) has much longer green lights. It makes no sense and causes huge back up on access road because of awful road planning on 161. I have to wait 3 or 4 light cycles. The turn lanes should also be moved down to 1 to allow more traffic to pass.
