Description

The residential property at 454 Copeland St, was damaged by a fire on April 17 2017. Since then the property has been apparently abandoned. The building is partially "unsecured". Mechanical equipment, debris, and a lawn that has not been attended to in over a year's time are on the site. It's a "blight" on the neighborhood.
