If they don’t stop taking it there and parking it then it needs to be impounded and gotten rid of. People that live on the street should not have to put up with this at all!

See what I mean? The public is getting impatient with the locals because they're not taking any affirmative action. Sounds to me like someone is going to take the law into their own hands. Is that what the city wants?
