Description
Grow Community Building Owner (Dick Clark Properties LLC) is taking out ventilation systems in units one by one. Units are without ventilation - suspected code violation. Management company (Windermere Property Management - West Sound in Silverdale) refuses to address the situation. Tenant @ 366 Root Path NW has attempted to remedy with owner and management co and they suggest only to "open a window".
