WHY is it that we have to keep writing in over & over for the same comments? Sanitation cannot seem to put things back where they were. WHY must they leave bins etc. on the driveway instead of to the side, where they were? WHY must I have to stop the car, in the middle of the street, to get out (sometimes in the rain) to move them, just so I can pull into my driveway? There are multiple posts on these issues & the lack of care with bins. You all say that you talk to staff. Clearly it has yet to reach their ears!
