Description

He says that there is a ditch that goes from the drain west of the "sewer road" that has a tree that fell down in it and the ditch is completely overgrown with blackberry bushes and needs to be cleared out. The ditch is near the back of his property but is not his property and the water/sewer district says it is our responsibility. Please determine the location of this ditch and whose responsibility it is and relay this information to Mr. Joe Cline at the phone number listed 425-837-8968
