FYI 311 won't handle this. They will just refer you to call the Police non emergency number.

I've called police non-E. Constable swung by promptly and looked at it, but it wasn't ticketed. I'll check on it again today. As Kathleen said, it is an eyesore. When the abandoned cars sit long enough, they become a home for vermin as well. With the apartments, dense housing and construction, our parking is at a premium. We cannot afford to be a drop-off spot for stolen or junk vehicle.

It's definitely a significant nuisance. If you happen to get law enforcement back out there, see if you can show them documentation of how long the car has been there (previous 311 reports, etc). Any extra proof will help push a little closer to the finish line. Good luck.

It took one call to Police and two to the constable over a period of two weeks to get a junked car towed on Harold that sat for almost a month. Good Luck!

Mission accomplished. Two visits by the Constables and car was gone quickly. I wish I'd called sooner! I always wait too long, giving the apartment folks the benefit of the doubt.
