Why would I need to call if this is referred to Property Management Division? I have reported the issue. Now it's up to the City, or whoever is responsible for these issues, to deal with it.

I have lived at the corner of Violet St and Maple Ave for 9 years, and this has been an ongoing issue since before I moved here. I have personally reported it several times before. Maybe some sort of permanent solution might be in order? Posting No Dumping signs would likely not be an effective deterrent, but some sort of barricade might be. I've never caught anyone in the act of dumping, but I'm sure they just back their trucks into the dead end, dump their load, and leave. If the end of the street were blocked off, maybe they would find some other place to dump their crap?
