There is a right of way (City property) in front of your property and an easement (private property) in the rear of your property. While the City and other utility companies maintain their assets in the easement, it is the owner's responsibility to maintain the grounds and vegetation as it is their private property. This property and Wawa share a property line and each owner is responsible for maintaining the property within their respective property line.
