Description

Over 3 weeks ago someone reported the turn signal East to Northbound needs to be longer than 4 seconds. I've waited through 2 cycles this week more than once, and have only been 6 to 8 cars back in line. I realize the construction takes priority, but please, do something about this short turn light!
