Description

The block around Harwin-Town Park-Ranchester has bad sidewalks, crumbling apart or completely cut off in sections. A majority of residents here are refugees and family pedestrians with elderly, children and disabled individuals. Sidewalks need repairs. Also all of Ranchester from Bellaire to Harwin has spots needing work, as well.
