  Good morning,

  The Transportation Department is addressing this issue. Because this issue has several elements affected, it is being handled by several division within one department. The guardrail, the crosswalk structure and the damaged right-of-way fall under separate specific teams. Updates will be uploaded as information comes in.

  Any updates on this? It’s been over a month now and doesn’t look like any work has been done. Still an eyesore to look at every day and also hard to reach over to hit the crosswalk button which is pushed in past the bent guardrail.

  Is anyone paying attention to this issue? It’s been over two months and this corner still looks awful and no one has started any repairs. When is this going to be addressed?

  The guardrail is currently under review by the City's engineers for complete removal or replacement. A decision is expected sometime during the week of October 22, 2018. After the guardrail review is complete, the signal replacement may begin.
