The whole area flooded, here in Quakertown, all the roads were flooded. All the streams over flow. All the ditches along the roadways become rivers and wash onto the roads and down the roads. It is a big problem, but the cost to address this is going to be 100's of millions of dollars worth of culverts for each town. I don't think they will do this. Since it only happens a few times a year, I think it will stay like this. I remember in the 90's 309 would be underwater, and all the businesses would be flooded. Same thing still happens. And that is the main road. If they don't have money to fix the main road flooding, they don't have money to fix anything else. The trees that all came down in the storm last year, they are all still laying across the roads. The did not even have money to go and pick them up and cut them up. Very poor area of the country we live in.
