Description

Building continues to look decrepit. Recently, the owner paved blacktop on top of the grass on the front lawn in order to park a tow truck, directly in front of the building. This parcel also operates as a used car sales lot. Finally, there is trash and broken down vehicles spewed all over the back of the property.
