These cars are parking on the street 24 x 7. They are both out of state and belong to renters at 120 wills ln. They are a hazard as they force on coming traffic into opposite flow lane on a hill. They also force pedestrians in the neighborhood to the same situation. No need as they should park on their private property spaces like all other residents do in this neighborhood.
