Builder cut out a section of the asphalt for utility work and has not restored the surface. Over the weeks, the cutout section has been getting deeper as the sand/soil settles as cars continue to drive over it. It has gotten to the point where drivers are treating this as a pothole and avoid driving over it. Starting to become a nuisance to those who drive on Larkin.
