This is in the garden of the Tukwila Pantry for homeless people in this area. Being homeless is not a crime. Being a rich snob should be a crime. I cannot believe the amount of reports from Neighbors picking on homeless people. About a third of the population in Seattle is homeless that's 12500 residents of Seattle having nowhere to live and it's cold outside. But these people actually have permission from the church owners to have this on their property making this also harassment!
