I have lived next door for 3 years and the yard keeps getting worse - the back yard is over grown with weeds, trees and shrubs poison ivy growing through her fence and onto mine. Now there are rats that are coming up on my deck and running along the fence line - this NEEDS to be . She has garbage laying on her patio and her garage is filled with trash. we have fed the birds and squirrels since we moved and never ahs an issue with rats and since her delinquency of taking care of her property we now have rats. This is a major HEALTH issue and needs to be resolved quickly before someone becomes very ill. Standing by our fence you can smell the stench coming from her yard which in return is contaminating he neighborhood.

How can this issue be completed when all she did was power wash her patio and placed all the trash either in the back yard which is still all brush and put it in the garage and closed the door . there are still RATS running around in the neighborhood and rat holes through the fence. This is causing ever bigger issues in our NICE neighborhood - 13 ACTION news will be called to report this and maybe just maybe something will be done about it. when this has been reported to city of Toledo and to the Health Dept and yes still have rats and still have trash and yet still have her back yard full of trash and brush !!!!!!!!!!! thanks City of Toledo

This is not fixed nor should it be closed. The back yard looks like a jungle has not been mowed in 2 plus years . Vines trees and weeds are going through the neighbors fences. The garage us still filled with crap.
