Description

The signs throughout Payson Park say no parking on grass yet people constantly do. The signs are doing nothing to enforce the rule. The illegal parking makes it especially dangerous for pedestrians and other motorist because people have to walk in the road and there is no room on the shoulder. Plus it ruins the grass in the park. The parking department needs to start enforcing this.
