Hello, the lights on Deer Run and Summer Wind do not belong to the Town of Enfield. We did attempt to update the lights on these streets but because they are not a part of the Town's manifest we are not able to change them over to LED like the rest of the town. The lights are owned by Misty Meadows Partners. Thank you.
