Description

there are a ton of loose rocks underneath the bike ped bridge on 4th Street. it's probably not good for auto drivers but it's super dangerous for bicyclists. we can't see it until it's too late and we're biking on it. I almost lost control, and another bicyclist was repairing a flat tire caused by these rocks. we both acknowledged the rocks weren't there in the AM as we both independently biked to work on the same road. please clean up ASAP!!!
