Description
The traffic signals along Central since the ART construction are really s-t-u-p-i-d. They stay on long fixed green cycles in the absence of demand, while drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians are waiting for long periods for their signals. This is from Coors east to Louisiana. Can't we do better than this please? Thanks.

"Central was designated a high capacity transit corridor by the City Council in 2000. Complaint was sent to HDR, the firm doing the traffic signal timing design in the ART corridor. There is no timetable for when HDR and the City's Traffic Engineering Division will together implement the changes at individual intersections, which depends upon the availability of the Traffic Engineering Division. They are implementing changes but it is a slow and complicated process as one intersections timing will affect other intersections."
