Description

The left turn signal from Northbound Chicago Avenue onto Davis street does not seem to work all of the time. Several times on Saturdays I have been at that intersection waiting through a red light to turn left onto Westbound Davis only to have the lights change to green without the turn signal activating. I've been the first car in line, and behind others, and there's no difference, so I know it's not something to do with my position on the road. Has this light been set up so that it doesn't work on weekends? I'm rarely at that corner during the week so I can't say if this is constant or not.
