The original ticket was closed because the CEO issued the 1st notice on 8/2/2018 for this location. A 2nd notice was sent to the property owner on 8/16/2018. We close out the issues on Gallup Connect once it has been addressed; however we continue to conduct case management through our own internal procedures until we have abatement or we clean and lien the property. While I can understand your frustration regarding the time frame it takes to obtain compliance, every property owner has the right to due process.
