1527 Montrose is an empty lot. The neighbors took up a collection and erected a fence to minimize trash.
The "sidewalk" in front of 1527 Montrose Street is non-existent at this point. It is mostly just dirt. In fact, two rugs have been placed over the dirt "sidewalk" in order to, i assume, make the area a bit safer. It is still unsafe, in my opinion.
Is the condition of this "sidewalk" in violation of any city code?

Although sidewalks ar the primary responsibility of the homeowner, we can submit a ticket for the Streets Dept. to come out and issue a citation.
