Update: Signal light timing for Westbound Hoover has improved traffic flow, but this doesn't stop people from making ill-advised attempts to enter Hoover from Spring or Valentine, nor does it stop the parade of people blocking the road by turning left from Eastbound Hoover onto Northbound E. Passaic when they miss the left turn arrow at Hoover onto JFK.
This massive intersection needs to be completely re-engineered. There are too many roads converging at one very long signal light which controls 6 lanes of traffic, and during the evening commute cars routinely back up on Hoover almost all the way down to the Parkway Exit. There are too many roads trying to access the light at the corner of Hoover, Valentine, and East Passaic. It is sheer pandemonium.
