Garbage & sharp debris spill out of this broken down 3 car garage making driving by this eyesore hazardous. Ugly scrap wood poorly slapped up to cover broken doors falls apart easily every time owner "fixes" issue.

Just got another flat & the screw in my tire matches the screws used to lazily slap up old plywood to cover the missing doors. Looks like garbage, filled with garbage, and it spills onto the road.

Absentee owner does nothing to deal with this. House and property are full of safety and code violations.

Over the past DECADES living down Romance I have seen homeless squatters, drug users, needles, small fires, dumped stolen cars, loose cables off the pole. Strewn wind blown garbage & sharp garbage spilling out to the road have been a constant issue.

I am sick of this property being a drain on our neighborhood. There is a grade school a block away, kids walk past here daily. Fix the doors, keep it clean or tear it down for #%&*@'s sake.
